Project Profile

The project involved the creation of serviced office space from a new-build Category A fitout within the landmark Broadgate Tower London.

Green Building Design was employed by Modus Workspace and Regus to provide the Mechanical and Electrical design element for this project procured under a Design and Build Contract.

The fitout is spread over the 11th and 12th floors of the tower covering a total area of approximately 25,000ft2. The 11th Floor is fitted out as cellular and open plan office space while the 12th Floor is a mix of meeting and presentation rooms and also incorporates a food preparation room.

This is the first project on which Green Building Design have worked with Regus. Since commencement of this project we have also worked on Regus various projects including Glasgow, Southampton, Reading and Newbury.
