ISO14001 is an international standard that measures the effectiveness of a company’s environmental management system (EMS) – and atGBD, we’re delighted to report that, as of our latest ISO14001 ContinuingAssessment in March 2023, our EMS has once again outperformed.

There were no non-conformities, and in addition there were, according to auditors BSI, “well managed Environmental Management processes demonstrated."

It was also noted that our internal audit report was“detailed and relevant”, and was an “Excellent example covering all relevant areas of business compliance including H&S, GDPR, etc.”

This demonstrates our continuing commitment to reducing our environmental impact, and shows that we have robust and clearly defined procedures in place across all areas such as risk management and environmental awareness, and strong business continuity processes.

At the same time, our strong performance in the ISO9001(Quality Management) assessment has demonstrated that we are committed to continually enhancing our systems and processes, increasing the effectiveness of our operations, and delivering a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

Ultimately, our determination to practise the same environmental responsibility and sustainability that is at the heart of our service offering to our clients – and to do so with a relentless focus on quality - puts us in a strong position of credibility, trust, and marketability.
