Education Buildings
The education sector covers a wide variety of disciplines which have a number of different requirements. With ages ranging from infants to university students, Green Building Design are proud to have been able to help design buildings to help our young people develop their education.
Covering a wide variety of different ages and disciplines requires a degree of adaptability in our approach to designing these buildings. But some things are required in all circumstances – good temperature control, plenty of fresh air, good lighting and acoustics to help create a comfortable environment which will help students remain alert and ready to learn.
Naturally we also consider environmental concerns. Our designs for educational premises need to not only be stimulating for users, but should also minimise the carbon footprint by reducing energy consumption which has the added benefit of reducing ongoing energy costs.
