This project involved the development of 44,000 ft2 of mixed Shell & Core and Category A office accommodation located within the City of London, arranged over two-and-a-half floors of this new building. The upgrades were undertaken over three separate phased projects.
This included the installation of a completely new tenant’s system on the 6th floor in addition to the upgrade from Category A to open plan office accommodation with support and meeting rooms on the 2nd and 5th floors, and the inclusion of a new 450 ft2 Data Centre.

All Essential areas backed by UPS and building emergency generator to allow uninterrupted electrical supplies in the event of a mains power outage.
Extension to Landlord’s chilled water system for Comms Room cooling with back-up DX cooling systems.
Suspended direct/indirect lighting to create a pleasant ambience at the trading desks floor while controlling glare sufficiently to prevent reflections.
Remote system monitoring to alert Client immediately in the event of any system failures.
