Green Building Design Win Fit-Out Project for City University

Green Building Design has been awarded the contract to design a new lecture theatre and classroom facilities for the world-renowned Cass Business School.

An integral part of City University London, Sir John Cass Business School is among the global elite of business schools and has campuses in Bunhill Row and Northampton Square in the City of London.

Working in partnership with Structure Tone, GBD will design and oversee mechanical and electrical fit-out of numerous new facilities to enhance the students’ environment and experience, in what is known as the ‘intellectual hub’ of the City of London.

These new state-of-the-art facilities will include a Harvard lecture theatre, kitchen, refectory, classrooms and acoustic meeting rooms, with sound attenuating features designed by acoustic specialists at GBD.

Having previously worked on the Greig City Academy redesign and development, GBD are gaining a solid reputation in the education sector. In partnership with Structure Tone, who have an impressive track record in higher education all over the world, GBD looks forward to working with City University on this exciting project.
