Caledonian House in Dundee is a purpose-built office building arranged over three inter-connecting blocks, situated adjacent toDundee train station. It needed to be refurbished to settle the ongoing dilapidations claim following lease end.
Green Building Design undertook a 3-day site inspection survey and validated all services, establishing a new dilapidations schedule and range of works. This allowed for a500-item dilapidations claim to be created for the landlord, adding over£1million to the settlement sum.
