Green Building Design Consultants pass ISO 14001:2015 Review with Flying Colours

Green Building Design Consultants (GBD) are delighted to announce that they have successfully passed the ISO 14001:2015 Continuing Assessment.

In March 2018, GBD transferred to the ISO 14001:2015 certification in recognition of their commitment to identifying, managing and reducing their impact on both the local and wider environments. 11 months on, the continuing assessment shows that GBD are still adhering to this sought after certification.

As a key supplier to the Environmental Services industry, GBD has a responsibility to be accountable for the impact of its operations and to take steps to continuously assess and reduce that impact, whilst still supplying high quality products and services to customers’ exacting requirements.

Simon Green, GBD Director, commented “At GBD we take our corporate social responsibility seriously. We were originally accredited in March 2015 with ISO 14001:2004 and then made the successful transition to ISO 14001:2015 in March 2018. As a team we have worked hard to enhance our processes and procedures to ensure the environment is protected from harm and degradation, and we are delighted to have passed the continuing assessment with flying colours. Our commitment to our environmental performance and impact is clear, and passing this continual assessment demonstrates to our customers a continuous improvement in reducing our environmental impact through waste and energy, and gives reassurance that they are working with an assured supplier.”
