Green Building Design Consultants have recruited a new mechanical engineer and a new electrical engineer to support detail design, CAD modelling and project management. Josep Monzo and Kamal Amoako started working with the company on 1st September 2015 and are already becoming established team members.

Josep is Senior Mechanical Design Engineer. Having graduated from Universidad Politecnica de Catalunya in 1998, Josep has 16 years’ experience in M&E design including AutoCad / Revit MEP modelling and project management. Josep’s experience includes procurement, installation, equipment acceptance, testing and system commissioning.

Kamal joins the company as a Graduate Electrical Engineer having recently graduated from London South Bank University following more than 10 years’ experience in the industry.

To welcome Josep and Kamal, the company organised a meal in Hertford’s new restaurant, the Turkish Kitchen. All 18 team members shared a table, delicious food and several bottles of wine. The evening culminated in a good-natured arm wrestling challenge.
