A stunning Georgian Catholic Church that needed specialist retrofit M&E services to refurbish the church entrance and office and to provide a youth centre.

The office building on West Street, Covent Garden, is a Grade II listed 18th century chapel. The building was to be refurbished and restored to produce Category A offices.

The Russell Building, on the Rothamsted Research campus in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, was constructed between 1914 and 1918. This historic building needed to be completely modernised and made as sustainable as possible, whilst keeping the original building fabric.

Sarratt Hall, a residential Grade II listed building, was suffering from high heat loss due to no wall insulation and single glazing. The owners of Sarratt Hall were passionate about making the building as green as possible.

Green Building Design were appointed as mechanical and electrical engineering consultants for the restoration of Rainham Hall, a beautiful Georgian house built in 1729 and acquired by the National Trust in 1949.
