On behalf of all of our team at Green Building Design Consultants, we would like to confirm our approach during the COVID 19 outbreak.
The welfare of staff and family members is our main concern and so we have set up systems for team members to be able to work from home if necessary. Anyone at higher risk, or requiring self-isolation, will stay at home and continue working via email, telephone and videoconference to support our clients.
To help protect colleagues in the industry, we are also limiting travel, avoiding social gatherings and using conference calls where possible. We recognise that face-to-face meetings and project work such as site surveys are sometimes required, so will do our best to accommodate these whilst taking precautions of handwashing, limiting personal contact and avoiding public transport where possible.
Otherwise, business continues to operate as usual. We are firmly in support of the construction economy and will do everything we can to help clients and other partners to keep operating in these difficult circumstances. We will adapt the approach as necessary over the coming weeks to maintain a high level of service for clients and business partners, so if you have any other suggestions, please let me know at email@example.com.
